Class Schedule
1. MORNING CLASSES
Classes meet Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday mornings: 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
2. EVENING CLASSES
Classes meet Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings: 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
3. FULL-TIME STUDENTS
a. MORNING: Full-time is defined as 16 class units. (8:30a.m. - 12:20 noon, Tues., Weds., Thurs., Fri.)
Length of Program
CERTIFICATE
In the morning program, a minimum of 4 units per quarter are offered in Christian Counseling and Spiritual Formation. 12 units of the Counseling Certificate are currently available in the morning program and may be completed in one school year (3 quarters). The remaining 24 must be taken in evening courses. A minimum of 6 units per quarter in Christian Counseling and Spiritual Formation are offered in the evening and may be completed in one school year plus one quarter (4 quarters).
DIPLOMAS
On the morning full-time schedule, the student will complete the Diploma in Bible in one school year (3 quarters), or the Diploma in Bible and Ministry in 2 school years (6 quarters).
DEGREES
On the morning full-time schedule, if a student already possesses a valid A.A. degree or the equivalent, the student will complete the Associate of Arts Degree in Bible in one school year (3 quarters). On this same schedule, if a student already possesses a valid A.A. degree or its equivalent, the student will complete the Bachelor of Arts Degree in Bible and Ministry in 2 school years (6 quarters) at Capital Bible College. General education requirements for the degree may be taken at an accredited college or community college prior to, concurrent with, or no longer than 5 years after completion of Diploma program at Capital Bible College.
b. EVENING: Full-time is defined as 8 units per quarter. (Mon., Tues., Weds., Thurs., 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., or 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. each evening).
